They just inherited me because my decades-long SF agent retired. I’ve just added a car to our coverage —I’ve worked with Glenda, communicating regularly and looking at the most cost-effective options; not entirely possible with a young, male new driver, but Glenda tried every which way. She was responsive to my calls and emails, answering my questions and sharing information. She has been a pleasure to work with. I am withholding a star because I’ve only been with this office for a very short while. I’ve had SF for a very long time and expect quality customer service. I am confident I will continue to get that.

Carmen is caring, detail oriented, efficient, and caring. I had the same State Farm agent for 40 years. When he retired, I was transferred around (twice). Carmen was the first State Farm employee who listened and / or cared. She's great.
