"After my car collided with a guardrail, I immediately submitted a claim--my first ever! The process could not have gone smoother. State Farm was very responsive to my emails and calls. I was only recently transferred to Bill Willett's office so was pleasantly surprised when I received a nice voicemail inquiring if everyone was ok and to reach out if there was anything he could do. There were no hassles or hoops to jump thru. I hope I don't need to submit any more claims but am confident of the great service I'll receive from Mr. Willett's office and State Farm.
